At FlexoraSkin, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • Reason for return

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare/beauty products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Sale or discounted items, unless defective

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received/verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong or damaged product.
